Originally from New Jersey, Jill was active in real estate there, and she is now a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida since 2003. A year-round resident of the Treasure Coast, she is very familiar with the market she serves. Her clients know her to be very knowledgeable, professional, diligent and available.
Jill has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). It is considered the most prestigious designation. Only 3% of real estate professionals in the U.S. earned this designation. The Council is recognized as the leader of real estate education and networking. She has also earned the Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) designation, enhancing and showcasing the highest level of professionalism, providing an advantage in a highly competitive market, as well as recently acquiring the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®).
Since starting her real estate career in 1996, she has seen how important it is to guide not only seniors but also their families as they make some of life’s biggest decisions. The Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation gives her the resources and tools to better serve clients who want to age in place, move into a 55+ community, or transition to independent living with step-up options with a goal of providing guidance with both expertise and compassion.
Jill believes that the best way to serve her clients is to provide them with the information that they need to make well-informed choices when they sell, buy, or rent property. She assists her clients with negotiations and manages the details of the transactions from start to finish. Her goal is to build long-lasting relationships with her clients and to represent their best interests.
Jill is an active member of The Grace Place Church in Stuart, and in her spare time, she volunteers for Our Community Table, which feeds over 2400 people weekly throughout Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie County, Florida. Jill’s priority is you!
